Since Part-IS came into force, non-commercial complex operators are expected to run a genuine Information Security Management System — yet most available frameworks are built for airlines, not for a handful of aircraft and a lean back office.
KAJTO develops and helps implement ISMS structures that are audit-ready under Part-IS, LBA and BAZL scrutiny while remaining proportionate to the size and risk profile of the operation. Scope covers asset inventory, threat catalogue, risk register and the recurring review cycle that supervisory authorities expect to see evidenced.

About Sven Kutschera
Three decades
between the cockpit
and the code.
My career began in the air — over 15,000 hours at the controls, including on the Boeing 747. What drove me was never flying alone: it was the precision, the systemic complexity, and the weight of responsibility that comes with operating safely at the edges of what is possible.
From the pioneering days of onboard IT implementation and the management of IT requirements, through active participation in EuroCAE working groups and the SESAR programme, I have helped shape the standards that govern modern aviation. Today, I bring that interdisciplinary depth — across operations, technology, and regulation — to organisations seeking genuine transformation, as Managing Director of KAJTO Consulting.
