About Sven Kutschera
Three decades
between the cockpit
and the code.
My career began in the air — over 15,000 hours at the controls, including on the Boeing 747. What drove me was never flying alone: it was the precision, the systemic complexity, and the weight of responsibility that comes with operating safely at the edges of what is possible.
From the pioneering days of onboard IT implementation and the management of IT requirements, through active participation in EuroCAE working groups and the SESAR programme, I have helped shape the standards that govern modern aviation. Today, I bring that interdisciplinary depth — across operations, technology, and regulation — to organisations seeking genuine transformation, as Managing Director of KAJTO Consulting.
